5. How do I take care of my cashmere products?

Cashmere is delicate and requires gentle care. We recommend:

  • Hand washing in cold water with mild detergent
  • Avoiding wringing or twisting
  • Dry flat in the shade
  • Storing folded (not hung) in a cool, dry place

6. What is your return or exchange policy?

We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unused items within 14 days of delivery. Products must be in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us before sending your item back.
